Across the UK, research undertaken by Kantar shows that UK consumers want businesses to be transparent.  9 out of 10 (86%) of shoppers say it’s important for brands to be upfront about where their products come from.

Join us in calling for politicians to stand with Fairtrade farmers.

Politicians work for you, so tell them what you value. They need to hear why Fair Trade is important to you, and why Fair Trade farmers are leading the way in building a fairer future.

What is Fair Trade?

More people choosing Fair Trade means extra income, power and support for almost 2 million farmers in more than 70 countries around the world. By making the small switch to Fairtrade, we can all support producers in protecting the future of some of our most-loved food and the planet.

We have a common interest in paying a fair price for what farmers produce. This core Fair Trade principle is applicable to farmers everywhere, here in Wales and around the world. New 2025 polling data reveals a strong and growing commitment among people in Wales to ethical and sustainable shopping.
