It’s our favourite day of the year: World Chocolate Day!

To celebrate we’ve asked a few Welsh Fairtrade sellers to tell us what their favourite Fairtrade chocolate is. Here’s what they said.

Health & Food Llanrwst

Health & Food Llanrwst is a wholefood shop selling whole foods, fresh produce and eco products. They are currently open as normal, with social distancing measures in place. Their favourite fairtrade chocolate is Equal Exchange Dark Caramel because of its lovely deep flavour. They also like the information about small scale farmers involved, which is included on the wrapper.

Fair Do’s Siopa Teg

Fair Do’s Siopa Teg has a wide range of fairtrade foods and crafts! Their shop is currently open Fridays, and they are planning to open Saturdays soon too! They also operate a click and collect service. Fair Do’s Siopa Teg’s favourite fairtrade chocolate is Seed and Bean dark espresso because of its great combination of fairtrade chocolate and coffee!

Fair and Fabulous

Fair and Fabulous sell a variety of fairtrade products. You can get these at their new website or by messaging them on their social media pages. Their shop is also open from 11am to 2pm on Saturdays. Fair and Fabulous’ favourite fairtrade chocolate is Tony’s Chocolonely as it has a variety of flavours to choose from including Dark Milk Pretzel Toffee, Milk Caramel Sea Salt and Dark Almond Sea Salt.
